RRI2 observations

As you can see my plant RRI2 had me worried over the last few weeks because i noticed some changes in the water , it had quite abit of algae in it and my fish was not as responsive to my finger as it was in the beginning, i also noticed a bubble nest and my fish was not swimming in its usual patterns.   

In these pictures Ive uploaded you can see that RRI2  is the smallest plant in its group , it has a height of only42mm. The roots of the plant don't seem to doing to good as the look and feel very week and soft. My leaves are looking healthy and show no sighs of weakness even though its not very tall.
