My plant at home(week 2)

My plant at home isn't growing so well. My leaves are drying out and my flower died. The color of my leaves are brownish green even my stem is turning that color. The water of my plant continuously turns brown and needs to be changed regularly. There are new shoots every week which is a good thing but it isn't growing upright.
